  • Assist with dashboards and reporting that show service performance, control coverage, delivery execution, operational effectiveness, risk reduction, and resource utilization.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze capacity, staffing, workload, demand, contractor utilization, and priority information to support leadership decision-making.
  • Document recurring delivery issues, organize supporting information, coordinate corrective actions, and follow up with accountable owners.
  • Support special projects, process improvements, tooling updates, operational assessments, and continuous improvement activities as assigned.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in business operations, technology operations, project coordination, reporting, analytics, cybersecurity operations, program support, or a related field.
  • Experience preparing or maintaining presentations, reports, status updates, meeting notes, action trackers, spreadsheets, dashboards, or leadership materials.
  • Experience tracking tasks, initiatives, milestones, risks, issues, blockers, follow-ups, or delivery commitments across multiple workstreams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with JIRA or a similar work management, ticketing, or project tracking platform.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, analytical thinking, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently with guidance, engage cross-functional partners, and help drive issues toward resolution.

Experience that would be great to have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Exposure to cybersecurity operations, technology operations, service management, risk management, control compliance, operational governance, or KPI development.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Confluence, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, JIRA, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting leaders, teams, projects, operating rhythms, process documentation, scorecards, dashboards, or project status reporting.
  • Experience working in large enterprise technology organizations, internships, rotational programs, military service, volunteer initiatives, or team environments requiring coordination and follow-through.
