Job description

Our client is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Coordinator to a high volume of emails and calls and have a passion to exceed customer expectations. This is a B2B role within the FinTech industry for the client's busy season and will be on-site in Manhattan for 3 months. Client Details Technology Description Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or other communication channels. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database as needed. Provide product or service information to customers and assist with troubleshooting. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved issues. Assist with administrative tasks as required by the department. Manage phone lines, event inboxes, and live chat during working hours to ensure all queries are answered swiftly, informatively, and politely. Review pass applications and eligibility for our special criteria pass types such as Start-Ups, Investors, Retailers. * You'll support department initiatives and projects, for example, elevating the on-site customer experience. This could include supporting our loyalty recognition initiative, contributing to customer onboarding emails, webinars and dedicated web pages for FAQs. Experience using Salesforce and Live Chat platforms is a plus, but not essential as full training will be provided. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Job Offer Contract assignment for 3 months.
