We are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative that provides day-to-day support to the Customer Service team by processing customer orders, responding to routine customer inquiries, and assisting with basic customer service functions. This position helps ensure timely and accurate order processing while delivering courteous and professional service.

Responsibilities
Order Processing

  • Accurately enter and process customer orders in company systems.
  • Process routine returns, credits, and customer transactions following established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Customer Support
  • Respond to routine customer inquiries by phone and email.
  • Provide customers with order status, shipping information, product availability, and other general information.
  • Route complex customer questions or concerns to the appropriate team member.
Team Support
  • Work collaboratively with Customer Service, Sales, Distribution, and other departments to support order fulfillment.
  • Assist with routine administrative and customer service tasks as assigned.
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and service standards.
Education, Experience and Skills desired:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous customer service, administrative, or order entry experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are surrounding compensation including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, work location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the base range for this position is $18.00-20.00/hourly.
