Role:ย Content Creatorย 

Location: Seattle, WAย 

ย About the role:ย 

As Content Creator,ย you'llย own the end-to-end production of video content - from concept through to delivery - working closely with senior executives and internal stakeholders to bring stories to life.ย You'llย be comfortable in front of the camera as well as behind it,ย and confident shaping narratives that resonate across channels. This is a hands-on role that requires equal parts creative skill,ย technical ability,ย and professional polish.ย 

What you will be doing:ย 
  • Plan,ย shoot,ย edit,ย and deliver high-quality video content for social media,ย digital channels,ย internal communications,ย and executive thought leadershipย programmesย 
  • Appear on camera whenย required,ย presenting content with confidence and professionalismย 
  • Write clear,ย engaging copy to support video content,ย including scripts,ย captions,ย and short-form editorialย 
  • Work directly withย clients andย senior executives to understand their communication goals and translate them into compelling contentย 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously,ย delivering to brief,ย on time,ย and to a high standardย 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders - including communications,ย marketing,ย and HR teams - to align content with broader messaging and campaignsย 
  • Maintain a consistent visual and editorial style across all output,ย in line with the client's brand guidelinesย 
  • Stay current on social media trends and formats,ย applying platform-native thinking to content deliveryย 
  • Contribute ideas and creative perspectives in briefings and content planning sessionsย 
  • Support continuous improvement of content workflows,ย tools,ย and quality standardsย 
What you need to be great in this role:ย 
  • Proven ability to create professional video content end-to-end - planning,ย filming,ย editing,ย and deliveringย 
  • Confidence on camera,ย with strong presentation and communication skillsย 
  • Experience working with or supporting senior stakeholders,ย executives,ย or leadership teamsย 
  • Solid copywriting skills: clear,ย concise,ย and adaptable across formats and audiencesย 
  • Proficiencyย with video editing software (e.g.,ย Adobe Premiere Pro,ย Final Cut Pro,ย or equivalent)ย 
  • Experience creating content across social media platforms and internal communications channelsย 
  • Strongย organizationalย skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesย 
  • A collaborative,ย solutions-focused approach to working with cross-functional teamsย 
  • Nice toย have:ย experience with motion graphics,ย animation,ย or audio productionย 
  • Experienceย with Gen AI tools relevant to content creation to enhance output quality and efficiencyย

  • At the time of thisย posting, the base salary for this position may range fromย $106,250.00ย toย $118,750.00.ย Individual compensation varies based onย job relatedย factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just oneย componentย of OLIVER's total compensation package.ย
