Thermoformer Operator – Sencorp Machine

Location: Middlesex, NJ | Schedule: 4 Days/Week | Pay: $30–$40/hr (DOE) |

We are hiring an experienced Thermoformer Operator to work hands-on with a new Sencorp roll-fed machine. You will work directly with ownership, taking full ownership of setup, tooling, running production, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years operating roll-fed thermoformers
  • Experience in Solo-style cups, cosmetic packaging, or similar plastic packaging
  • Skilled in tooling setup, mold changes, process dialing, troubleshooting, and repairs
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Set up and run the Sencorp machine
  • Ensure quality and production efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and repair machine issues
  • Support smooth machine startup and optimization

This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role with a part-time schedule of 4 days per week.
