Job description

Our customer-centric solutions include Fluid Separation for Metalworking and Manufacturing, Industrial Fluid Control, Plant Process Optimization, Corn Oil Extraction, and Oil Flow Optimization.

We are currently looking for a Site Technician that will be responsible for performing on-site fluid purification services with either a mobile purification system or via temporary installation of skid mounted module systems.

We are ready to act immediately on those candidates who are the best fit for the role. You will first hear from someone in Talent Acquisition and then the next step will be a personal interview with our Hiring Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Perform sample collection and standard laboratory analysis.
  • Handle sump change outs, oil skimming, fluid level adjustments, and chemical additions.
  • Data entry, creation of daily work orders and equipment management.
  • Internal reporting on fluid conditions, samples, and other customer related issues.
  • Communicate with customer on fluids & samples via Trucent Ifluid Pro Program.
  • Provide customer service, support, training, and problem resolution.
  • Preventative maintenance, instrumentation calibration and equipment repairs. (mechanical & electrical) on "Trucent" onsite equipment.
  • Maintain customer history of projects performed on-site.
  • Conduct physical inventory when applicable.
  • Promptly respond to customer requests.
  • Promptly respond to phone/email.
  • Report on the status of the account to the Regional Operations Manager
  • Perform other related duties or special projects.
  • Comply with all aspects of the Trucent safety program, including but not limited to: hazard communication, PPE requirements and attending quarterly safety training.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics.


Qualification Requirements

Education:

  • Associate degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience is preferred.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in skill trades or maintenance is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to apply commonsense to understand and carry instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in or from standardized situations.
  • Perform the basic functions of arithmetic; add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Perform reading, writing, and speaking at an intermediate level.
  • Requires strong verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work and interact with others effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to perform at level of quality required to prevent losses in cost, service, production and/or damage to equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Customer relationship skills.
  • Basic familiarity with PCs. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
