Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated assembly line worker to join our team. The individual will be responsible for assembling parts of seats using basic hand and power tools. This role requires standing for the duration of the shift and includes mandatory overtime weekly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts of seats on the line using basic hand and power tools.
• Stand for the entire shift duration.
• Work mandatory overtime, preparing for 50-60 hours per week.

Essential Skills

• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Mechanically inclined.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing assembly.

Work Environment

Work inside a brand new, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility that stays cool all year round. Initially start on the first shift (6:30am-3pm, Monday to Friday) and transition to the second shift (4:30pm-1am) in the fall.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Savannah, GA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
