Job Skills / Requirements

Sunstates Security is seeking a reliable and professional Part -Time Security Officer to join our team in the Boca Raton, FL area. This position is assigned to a private school campus, where dependability, professionalism, and consistency are essential.

Position Details:

• Location: Boca Raton, FL

• Site: Private School

• Shift: 2nd Shift

• Pay Rate: Starting at $17.00/hour

• Pay Schedule: Weekly Pay

Requirements:

• Current and active Florida Class D Security License

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Check

• Prior school security experience preferred

• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills

• Must be available to work weekends

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors

• Conducting routine patrols of the property

• Monitoring and controlling gatehouse access

• Responding to incidents and emergencies in a professional manner

• Completing accurate reports and documentation

• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive interactions with staff, students, and visitors

• Working effectively in a fast-paced environment

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
