Regular discussions occur with supervisors and co-workers to coordinate work assignments and schedules. The employee must consult with operations personnel before, during, and after installation and maintenance tasks to ensure effectiveness and to conduct necessary follow-ups. Collaboration with EDS operations, vendors, contractors, engineering firms, and EDS staff is also required during the planning and design phases.
