Construction Laborer - $20-$24 - Weekly Pay!

Description:

If you're looking to step into a long-term opportunity with steady hours and career growth potential, this is the job for you! A leading construction company is hiring construction laborers to support large-scale construction projects by maintaining safe and efficient excavation and loading areas. You will be responsible for site cleanup, material handling, and assisting around active dig sites while working hands-on with a variety of tools and equipment. This position offers consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and valuable experience on major construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean and organized dig areas where excavators are loading dump trucks.

• Use shovels and hand tools to remove debris, excess material, and soil from work areas.

• Perform general construction labor tasks including site cleanup, material handling, and supporting other trades as needed.

• Operate water trucks to assist with dust control and site maintenance when directed.

• Operate street sweepers to keep access roads and work areas clean and safe.

• Assist with operating skid steers and skid loaders for moving materials and performing cleanup work.

• Follow OSHA standards and all site-specific safety requirements.

• Communicate effectively with equipment operators and crew members to coordinate work around active excavation areas.

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining productivity and safety.

Essential Skills:

• 1+ year of outdoor construction experience in a laborer or similar role.

• Experience using shovels and hand tools in physically demanding environments.

• Ability to perform general construction labor tasks, including lifting, bending, and working on uneven terrain.

• Understanding of construction site safety practices and commitment to OSHA standards.

• OSHA 10 Certification.

• Ability to pass screenings and drug testing requirements.

• Reliable attendance and ability to work a Monday-Saturday schedule with overtime hours.
