Schedule: Hours may vary depending on project needs

We are looking for reliable, safety-focused Certified Traffic Control Flaggers to join our team for construction and roadwork projects in the Hillsboro area.

If you have your current flagger certification and are comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

  • Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely through construction and work zones
  • Use proper hand signals, signs, and traffic-control equipment
  • Communicate clearly with other flaggers, construction crews, and supervisors
  • Follow all traffic-control plans and safety procedures
  • Maintain awareness of traffic, equipment, and changing work-zone conditions
  • Help protect workers, motorists, pedestrians, and the public
  • Set up and maintain traffic-control devices as directed
  • Follow all company and job-site safety requirements

Requirements

  • Current Flagger Certification required
  • Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Montana flagger certification accepted where applicable
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites
  • Ability to stand and remain alert for extended periods
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
