Job description

Duties

You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of assignment difficulty and requirements, and the employee's performance standards.

You will review and oversee purchase for departmental supply in support of the mission.

You will develop and maintain an effective working relationship with other key program officials to include briefings for congressional enquiry, presentations for regional leaders and Bureau of Medicine and Surgery.

You will maintain labor and reporting initiatives for civilian and military personnel and man-hour reporting.

You will initiate, monitor, and execute all civilian human resource initiatives to include but not limited to: incentive awards, performance management, employee and labor relations, and compensation.

You will evaluate operational requirements to support the Medical Evaluation Board and Disability Evaluation System Program, Temporary Disability Retirement List, Line of Duty investigations, and Limited Duty status for service members.
