Job description

Machine Operator - Panel Line | 3rd  Shift
Pay Rate: $18/Hr.| Start: ASAP | Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: M–F, 10 PM–6:30 AM
Duties/Responsibilities
• Set up, adjust, and operate panel line machines per customer specifications and work orders
• Monitor machine operation, gauges, meters, and controls for safety, quality, and uniformity
• Quickly respond to equipment malfunctions and maintain production flow
• Check product quality using measuring tape, calipers, gauges; complete paperwork on waste, downtime, maintenance, efficiency
• Record problems related to products and processes; maintain a clean work area (6S process)
• Collaborate as part of a team; follow instructions from Production Supervisor/Team Leader
• Perform additional duties as required
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 6–12 months light industrial/machine operator experience
• Able to use small hand tools and simple machine controls
• Strong listening, organizational planning, safety, teamwork, time management, and quick learning skills
Preferred Experience/Certifications
• Experience in light industrial/manufacturing environments
• PPE: Steel-toed boots required; other PPE provided on site
• ADA accommodations available
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred for midnight training; otherwise, train on days before moving to midnight shift.
