Registered Nurse (RN) - Level II Trauma Center

Location

Hudson, FL

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

7 AM - 5:30 PM, every other weekend, and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Level II Trauma Center, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to established protocols and guidelines. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and hospital policies.
  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
  • Conduct patient assessments and collaborate with team members on care plans.
  • Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatments.
  • Document patient care activities and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Current RN license in the state of Florida.
  • Experience in a trauma or acute care setting preferred.
  • BLS and ACLS certification required.
