1. Holds walk-in hours for one-to-one tutoring of students, mainly in writing papers.
2. Preps experiments for science labs according to prospective discipline(s).
3. Follows biological and chemical lab safety polices and protocol.
4. Supervises Laboratory Assistant I's
5. Maintains log of all students using Support Center.
6. Assists students in the laboratory and computer lab.
7. Develops and conducts workshops for small groups of students on related issues.
8. Fulfills other clerical tasks as instructed by faculty and Senior Instructional Assistants.
9. Develops materials for self-study by students.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
