- Analyze financial information to forecast business, industry, and economic conditions and share findings with stakeholders.
Risk Management & Hedging Strategy:
- Support the development and execution of hedging strategies across various commodity exposures.
- Assist in trade execution, position management, and reporting.
- Provide insights on market drivers to inform risk management.
Data Aggregation & Communication:
- Gather critical data to aid in market strategy development.
- Present findings to stakeholders through impactful reports and presentations.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster professional development.
- Collaborate across business segments to deliver timely market intelligence.
WHAT WE'RE SEEKING:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership is required. .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and decision-making abilities.
OTHER SKILLS THAT MAKE YOU STAND OUT:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for running reports and queries.
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
