Warehouse Associate (Temp-to-Hire)

We're seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join a growing warehouse and logistics team. Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately store inbound shipments.
  • Identify and report damaged or missing items.
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare outbound shipments for parcel and freight carriers.
  • Schedule outbound shipments with third-party logistics providers and carriers.
  • Pull and stage equipment for customer orders, rentals, and project support.
  • Return equipment to inventory following inspections.
  • Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
  • Process surplus inventory and prepare materials for disposal or pickup.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with warehouse, logistics, and project support activities as needed.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 1 year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience is preferred (certification is a plus).
  • Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus.
  • Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull 10-50 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
