CNC Machinist – Tool Room (1st Shift)

We’re a family-owned job shop specializing in aerospace, defense, medical, and advanced manufacturing work where Machinists are trusted to solve problems, work on complex parts, and take ownership of their craft.

Our Machinists work with advanced equipment including 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC machines, Swiss turning, and Wire EDM in a clean, climate-controlled facility.

What You’ll Do

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC equipment
  • Machine precision tooling components and overflow contract machining work
  • Read blueprints and GD&T specifications
  • Build fixtures and optimize machining setups
  • Inspect parts to tight tolerances
  • Work closely with Machinists, Toolmakers, and Engineers on unique projects

What We’re Looking For

  • CNC setup and programming experience
  • Tool Room, Tool & Die, or job shop background
  • Strong blueprint reading and problem-solving skills
  • Pride in craftsmanship and precision work
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
