CNC Operator or Welders Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $18.00 to $22.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Weekend work required
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 06:00pm)
  • Join our team as a Temporary CNC Operator, or as a welder contributing to our manufacturing operations within a dynamic warehouse environment.
  • Perform Various Welding processes including Mig, Tig and Stick on various components and materials
  • We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to set up, operate, and maintain Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery.
  • This role offers a consistent full-time schedule with opportunities for additional hours, ensuring the production of high-quality components. Possession of own steel-toe work boots

CNC Operator or Welders Qualifications:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes) according to specifications, ensuring proper tooling, programs, and material handling.
  • Read and accurately interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine machining operations, sequences, and dimensional tolerances.
  • Load raw materials and blanks into CNC machines and unload finished or semi-finished parts.
  • Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify part dimensions and adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor machine performance and operations, detecting malfunctions, material inconsistencies, and tool wear, and making necessary adjustments or notifying supervisors.
  • Conduct routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal operation and longevity of equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Proven experience operating CNC machinery.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
