Position Summary:
HII: Mission Technologies is seeking a senior level Logistics Management Analyst to join our team in Hunstville, AL!
The EUAS Log Analyst candidate will serve as the Product Support Manager's (PSM) point of contact responsible for performing all property accountability, asset management, conducting asset inventories, asset tracking and reporting actions in an Army Accountable Property System of Record (APSR), Supply Chain Management system or PM owned Supply Chain Management (SCM) system.
The candidate will be responsible for implementing Army Integrated Product Support (IPS) plans, strategies, and requirements in accordance with regulatory guidance and policies. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs such as, but not limited to MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. The ideal EUAS Log Analyst should possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the following daily duties and responsibilities individually, or as a member of an integrated product support team.

Essential Job Responsibilities
GFE & Property Management
  • Serve as the primary contact for managing, tracking, and maintaining accountability of all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Government Furnished Property (GFP).
  • Maintain accurate records in ELMS and other logistics systems, ensuring inventory, location, and condition data remain current.
  • Conduct quarterly inventories and audits in accordance with DoD regulations.
  • Manage deficient, redundant, or obsolete equipment through DRMS and AMCOM, ensuring proper documentation and accurate updates in ACN, GCSS-Army, and ELMS.
  • Coordinate and track aircraft tail numbers and serial numbers from receipt through demilitarization.
  • Provide lifecycle property support for PM UAS, ensuring compliance with government property requirements.
  • Collaborate with specialists to review and apply policies to daily operations.
  • Train unit personnel on receipt, inspection, storage, and administration of expendable and durable items.
  • Prepare contract modification documentation to support property transfers and maintain traceability from manufacturer to end user.

UAS Lifecycle & Maintenance Sustainment
  • Provide technical support for UAS lifecycle sustainment, including maintenance planning for Field and Sustainment levels, ECPs, and obsolescence mitigation.
  • Oversee UAS maintenance operations and Field Service Representatives, supporting upgrades, configuration management, data analysis, and work order processing.
  • Advise the Product Manager on EUAS sustainment and inventory posture.
  • Coordinate transfers of permanent and temporary ACN maintenance files to support equipment movement managed by PdM EUAS.

Logistics Information Systems (LIS) Operations
  • Oversee daily use of ACN and GCSS-Army to manage PdM EUAS-owned assets.
  • Ensure maintenance and readiness reporting meets requirements outlined in operator/technical manuals, AR 700-138, AR 750-10, DA PAM 738-751, and other Army aviation regulations.
  • Submit monthly readiness reports through the Enterprise Materiel Status Reporting Tool.
  • Use APSR and other LIS tools for configuration management, data analysis, and work order support.

Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) & Compliance
  • Provide ILS services supporting logistics sustainment planning, coordination, and MANPRINT requirements.
  • Review ECPs, MWOs, and Software Change Packages to ensure logistics considerations and provisioning are incorporated.
  • Support CLS/PBL contracts by monitoring contractor performance, deliverables, and modifications.
  • Collaborate with PM-UAS Acq Log and external agencies to improve requisition flow, returns, and support for ECPs and MWOs.
  • Assist in developing and managing MOAs related to maintenance actions.
  • Work with specialists to review and implement policies and procedures.
  • Review CDRLs and PWS documents to validate logistics requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
  • BA/BS degree preferred with ten years logistics experience.
  • Security Clearance: U.S. secret-level security clearance required at hire
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. issued passport.
  • Proficiency and experience with DoD logistics and other systems including but not limited to: GCSS-Army (Global Combat Support System - Army), DPAS (Defense Property Accountability System) and ELMS (Enterprise Logistics Management System)

Physical Requirements
  • May require working in an office and/or industrial environment
  • Travel is expected up to 25%
