Job Description
The Senior Strategist helps connect brand strategy to customer experience by turning insights and positioning into practical journey ideas and engagement approaches. This role is responsible for developing coherent strategic outputs with growing independence, providing meaningfully to both brand and experience work.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Executes strategy specific tasks with direction
  • Incorporates feedback effectively into deliverables
  • Senior Strategists are accountable for quality and coherence of outputs, not just production of, research and insights that inform both client deliverables and agency thought leadership.
  • Translate brand positioning and messaging into journey maps, experience frameworks, and engagement ideas
  • Contribute to development of strategic narratives that connect brand promise to customer reality.
  • Lead drafting of experience deliverables, recommendations, and supporting materials.
  • Collaborate with Creative and cross-functional teams to ensure experiences ladder back to brand intent.
  • Support workshops, working sessions, and client presentations with clear strategic thinking.
  • Conduct landscape analysis diving into the 4Cs company, competition, customer, and culture

Qualifications
Qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of experience in strategy, planning, or related disciplines. (Suggested.)
  • Experience in experience strategy or brand planning roles preferred.
  • Strong synthesis, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong understanding of audiences and brand fundamentals and how they navigate ecosystems; how experience changes influence behavior.
  • Ability to analyze qualitative/quantitative inputs / research.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • BA/BS degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated categories preferred
  • Open to non-traditional, human-centered disciplines (Anthropology, Philosophy, Sociology, Journalism, Design Strategy)

Compensation Range: USD $81,225.00 - USD $129,987.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
