Job description

Job Overview

Client Relationship Team Manager – responsible for leading a high–performing Client Relationship Team (CRT) that supports client servicing, prospecting, and sales efforts. The role partners closely with Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) and the Regional Director to drive business growth, deliver exceptional client experiences, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Coach and develop associates, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance team culture.
  • Oversee risk management, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Private Wealth Advisors and the Regional Director to align strategy and execution.
  • Ensure operational excellence across the CRT.
  • Lead meetings, manage projects, and execute business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Series 65 certification required within 60 days of hire.
  • CFP certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing teams in a client‑focused, service‑oriented environment.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills.
  • Ability to anticipate client needs, identify sales opportunities, and drive growth and retention strategies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience improving processes, enhancing controls, and mitigating business risk.
  • In‑depth knowledge of financial services and understanding of industry trends, policies, and practices.
Compensation

Chicago Base Salary Range: $167,059 – $267,294.

Eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, Capital’s annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of eligible earnings. Temporary U.S. positions are excluded from these plans.
