Job Title
Temporary Facilities Support, On Call
Job Description Summary
This position will perform a variety of general support duties including maintenance, cleaning, and reception coverage as needed. This role is ideal for individuals who are flexible, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, with a focus on janitorial.Job Description
Shift Coverage:
Positions are needed for both daytime and nighttime coverage. Candidates must be flexible and available to work assigned shifts based on site needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform light maintenance tasks
  • Support general cleaning and janitorial duties as needed with a potential of GMP cleaning
  • Provide reception/front desk coverage, including greeting visitors and answering phones
  • Assist with reporting maintenance issues
  • Handle supply stocking and inventory checks
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior facilities, maintenance, cleaning, or customer service experience a plus
  • Ability to perform light physical work (lifting, bending, standing)
  • Basic computer and phone skills for reception coverage
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Work Locations:
This role will support two sites:
  • Braintree, MA
  • Mansfield, MA

Travel between both locations is required as part of the position.

The compensation for the position is: $19.81 - $23.30
