What You'll Do:
This position is up to a 12-month temporary employment opportunity with a possibility of extension.
  • Follow all Safety Life Critical Policies
  • Wear all required PPE
  • Participate in inventory control activities of packaging materials and products
  • Ensure equipment and machinery are operating properly and at production standards
  • Understand and complete Operator preventative maintenance
  • Conduct machine set-up/change overs and start-ups
  • Limit waste - including raw material, finished goods, rework, parts, chemicals, supplies, and downtime
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency when production lines are not producing, while ensuring safety and quality are not jeopardized
  • Ensure the proper use of machines and equipment to prevent accidents and damage
  • Understand and follow all Safety Policies and Procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Monitor quality throughout the process
  • Ensure bottles are free of spills, and are filled to the correct weight and level
  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; experience in lieu of education may be considered
  • Manufacturing/packaging experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong Safety focus and able to identify and mitigate workplace hazards
  • Ability to work in a Safety-First manufacturing facility required
  • Ability to work in a sustained fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Experience or able to obtain forklift certification
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Able to stand and/or be on your feet up to 9 hours per day
