Job description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Distribution Associate (Case Picker) in Redlands, CA . The Distribution Associate would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. Full time / 40 hrs/wk.

If interested in this Distribution Associate position, contact Milos Pavlovic at 586-788-7509 or mpavlovic@alinestaffing.com Distribution Associate Compensation: pay $19.50/hr ; benefits after 90 days; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates) Distribution Associate Highlights: contract (temp) role with potential to convert perm based on attendance/performance/business needs; on-site ; 2nd shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM ; 6 openings ; start ASAP Distribution Associate Responsibilities Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) to pick cases accurately Read pick tickets/labels and use handheld scanners/RF devices Move materials and finished goods in a warehouse environment using material-handling equipment Maintain basic records and work within established SOPs and quality guidelines Work in a metrics-driven environment and communicate clearly with team leads/supervisors Perform physical work including lifting/moving up to and over 50 lbs as needed Distribution Associate Requirements: High School Diploma/GED preferred (2+ years applicable experience accepted in lieu of diploma); EPJ experience required (2+ years) ; effective/accurate case picking experience; comfortable with RF/scanners and reading pick tickets; ability to read/write English and perform basic math; safety shoes ; able to work the required shift/schedule; drug test required ; attendance mandatory first 90 days Distribution Associate Preferred Qualifications Warehouse/material handling experience (case picking, logistics, distribution) If you think this Distribution Associate position is a good fit, reach out—call, email, or apply. Run reports of case management activities Engage, educate and coordinate case management services Maintain the responsibility of all case files and databases related to forensic case work Perform participant check-in procedures and assist case managers with case coordination and documentation Create case files for date of appointment Coordinating the care of a select patient case load Request necessary information to complete case review Assist with maintaining appropriate service logs documenting all case management services provided to recipient Prepare reports, maintain chronological case histories Provide case management and customer service support for the day reporting centers Managing case teams' SharePoint sites Take ownership to ensure the accurate processing of the case Maintain high degree of confidentiality regarding client case materials Coordinating services with community resources Retain accountability for case management performance metrics and ongoing performance improvement Open case files, maintain records and information systems Serve as a member of the disability management team in the ongoing improvement of the case management processes Conduct risk & need assessments, with corresponding case plans Ensure the accuracy, content and completeness of client case records Assist Family Case Managers with case coordination for Family Case Management Services Program participants
