Right at Home is growing our in-home care team — and we’re looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities across the greater Indianapolis area, including Hamilton County.
Experience? Nice, not required. We’ll train you.
Pay + Perks

Caregiver Qualifications

  • Verbal communication and listening skills
  •  Ability to promote and maintain a safe environment
  •  Dependability
  •  Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job.
  •  Communicate effectively with office staff on a weekly basis
  •  Must be willing to follow all company policies and take direction from office staff
What You’ll Do
You’ll help clients stay safe and comfortable at home based on an established Plan of Care.
ADLs (care + support) may include:
· Hygiene support (toileting/bedpan assistance, bathing, oral care, skin/hair care)
· Mobility/ambulation support
· Dressing and grooming
· Feeding assistance
· Engagement/companionship (conversation, puzzles, card games)
· Meal prep per instructions
Light homemaking may include:
· Vacuuming, dusting, sweeping/mopping
· Dishes
· Changing bed linens
· Laundry
· Bathroom cleaning
What We’re Looking For
· Strong communication + listening skills
· Dependable, professional, and safety-minded
· Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle, or reliable transportation
· Able to communicate with office staff weekly
· Willing to follow company policies and direction
· Able to pass a background check and drug test
