Job description

Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. What does that mean? Well, we pump peanut butter into your jar, and the oil in your car. We glue the soles of your shoes, the glass in your windows and the screen on your phone. We spray the finish on your vehicle, coatings on your pills, the paint on your house and texture on your walls. Graco is part of your daily life.
Job Purpose
Efficiently and effectively deliver products and parts to both internal and external customers.

Essential Duties
  • Perform order picking and packing.
  • Load and unload trucks.
  • Prepares shipping documents.
  • Move parts between work areas.
  • Operate all hand and some power equipment.
  • Use all Graco's ERP systems and warehouse operating systems with proficiency.
  • Report all safety hazards and dangers.
  • Stock and locate materials.
  • Cycle count.
  • Perform daily upkeep of equipment including forklift.
  • Use scale and scale counting proficiently.
  • Use postal meter.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Position Requirements
Essential
  • High school diploma or GED (Required to convert to Graco, Inc.) **Not required for VOLT**
  • Must obtain Graco Forklift Driving Certificate.
  • Ability to operate hand and power equipment.

Desirable
  • Basic Math
  • Graco warehouse experience (6 months)

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift more than 45 pounds on an infrequent basis (no more than 4-5 hours a day).
  • Correctable vision.
  • Exposure to extreme heat and cold.
  • Extensive periods of walking and/or standing.
  • Lifting and reaching to all levels.
  • Repetitive bending and twisting, up to 90 degrees.

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
