Temp-To-Hire Call Center Representative

Shift Information:
8am-4:30 pm or last call waiting in Queue- Monday-Friday
Job Summary:
As a Temp-to Hire Call Center Representative you will be responsible for answering inbound calls regarding child support receipts and disbursements handle standards in a fast-paced, large call volume environment. Utilize multiple computerized systems, multi-tasking, and document each call. Respond to Wisconsin child support inquiries, and complaints, using a standard script and procedures. Gather information and research/resolve inquiries. Callers about the services available and assess caller's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls
  • Handle high-volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates
  • Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines

Required Qualifications:

Pay Transparency:

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $17.00 per hour which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.
