Business Systems Analyst
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina (Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to facilitate discovery and requirements gathering across multiple stakeholder groups. This role is central to aligning business priorities with delivery objectives and involves developing comprehensive documentation to guide project execution.
Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery and requirements gathering across multiple stakeholders.
• Develop User Journeys, Process Maps, Business Requirements Documentation (BRDs), User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and supporting business analysis artifacts.
• Maintain Jira backlog items and support backlog refinement, prioritization, and requirements traceability activities.
• Coordinate stakeholder reviews, documentation validation, and business signoff activities.
• Support testing coordination, knowledge transfer, operational documentation, and future-state planning activities.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to maintain alignment between business priorities and delivery objectives.

Required Qualifications
Technical Skills: Experience with Jira is required for this role.
