Electrical Engineer - Temporary
  • Location: Jefferson Hills, PA (Onsite - South of Pittsburgh, PA)
  • Employment Type: Temporary (Up to 12-month assignment)
  • Division: Process Equipment Division
  • Reports To: Electrical Engineering Supervisor
Position Summary
The Electrical Engineer will support the design and development of large-scale electronic equipment and machinery used in vacuum systems and industrial manufacturing environments. This electrical engineering role focuses on assisting with electrical design concepts, technical documentation, and prototype assembly and testing. The position works onsite in Jefferson Hills, PA and operates under the guidance of experienced engineers and management. This role is ideal for an Electrical Engineer seeking hands-on experience in manufacturing, equipment design, and industrial electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed electrical drawings and schematics to support safe, reliable industrial equipment
  • Assist with the design of electrical power distribution systems
  • Support the design and documentation of equipment control systems
  • Create and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs) in the company ERP system
  • Participate in prototype assembly, wiring, testing, and validation of components and sub-modules
  • Collaborate with electrical engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
  • Perform other engineering or documentation-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Strong CAD experience (electrical schematics and drawings)
