Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) โ€“ Acute Rehabilitation to provide comprehensive nursing care for patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or other disabling conditions in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The RN utilizes clinical judgment and evidence-based practice to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal recovery, functional independence, and safe discharge planning. The ideal candidate is compassionate, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional rehabilitative nursing care. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of acute rehabilitation nursing experience required
Current Michigan RN license required
BLS (AHA) certification required
Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills required
Experience developing and implementing individualized plans of care required
Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills required
Ability to prioritize patient care in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment
