About the Role
NPOC Wellness & Hydration is growing and we're looking for a skilled, client-focused Aesthetic Registered Nurse to join our team. This role is perfect for an RN who thrives in a boutique wellness environment, loves helping clients look and feel their best, and brings both clinical precision and a warm, elevated client experience to every appointment.
You'll deliver a range of aesthetic and wellness services under the oversight of our supervising nurse practitioner, in full compliance with Maryland Board of Nursing delegation protocols.
Responsibilities
  • Administer neurotoxin injections (Botox/Dysport) and dermal fillers per established protocols
  • Perform medical-grade facials, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation treatments
  • Conduct thorough client consultations, skin assessments, and treatment planning
  • Administer IV hydration, vitamin injections, and wellness therapies as needed
  • Educate clients on treatment options, aftercare, and maintenance plans
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation for all services rendered
  • Deliver a polished, professional client experience consistent with NPOC's brand standards

Requirements
  • Active RN license in Maryland (multistate/compact license accepted)
  • Demonstrated experience with Botox/neurotoxins and dermal fillers - required
  • Aesthetic nursing certification (CANS, CPSN, or equivalent) - strongly preferred
  • Experience with facial treatments, chemical peels, or medical-grade skincare - preferred
  • Strong IV/IM/SQ injection proficiency
  • Excellent consultation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to clinic protocols and Maryland delegation requirements
  • Professional presentation and a client-first mindset

Schedule Flexible / Per Diem - with potential for a consistent recurring schedule based on performance and clinic growth
