Windward Healthcare & Aesthetics is a physician-led, luxury medical aesthetics and wellness practice redefining the patient experience through elevated care, clinical integrity, and results-driven treatments.

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector who combines clinical skill with artistry, confidence, and a natural ability to build lasting patient relationships.

Core Responsibilities

  • Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including:
    • Neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau)
    • Dermal fillers (lip, cheek, jawline, full-face balancing)
  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and facial assessments
  • Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
  • Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and aftercare
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within EMR
  • Capture and maintain high-quality before/after photos
  • Build and maintain long-term patient relationships and retention
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety, technique, and professionalism
  • Collaborate with the team to support overall patient care and experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Active RN, NP, or PA license in the state of Georgia
  • Minimum 1–2+ years of hands-on injectable experience (tox + filler required)
  • Strong aesthetic eye and understanding of facial anatomy
  • A portfolio of before/after work (required)
  • Confidence in consultations and ability to guide patient decisions
  • Professional, polished, and patient-centered demeanor
  • High attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Team-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused mindset

Preferred (But Not Required)

  • Experience with advanced techniques (full-face balancing, cannula, etc.)
  • Existing patient following or ability to build one

  • Experience in a luxury or concierge-style practice
