Position: Registered Nurse

Pay: $47/hr + .67per mile

Location: Tolleson, AZ and Scottsdale

Temp to hire


Primary position description

In this vital role the Registered Nurse will perform SOC assessments in patients homes. Assess physical, psychological, environmental, and safety needs of the patients.


Must have home health experience and SOC experience.


Valid RN license


BLS/CPR

Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area
