Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Post-Acute Skilled Nursing Facility


Location: Oxnard, CA
Pay: $60–$65/hour
Hours: 36 hours per week (guaranteed)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Setting: Post-Acute Skilled Nursing Facility

Blue United Sourcing is actively seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a high-need post-acute skilled nursing facility in Oxnard, California. This position is moving quickly due to urgent staffing needs; however, flexibility in the start date may be available for the right candidate. This role also offers temp-to-perm potential for clinicians interested in a longer-term opportunity.

Position Overview:

  • Provide occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Treat post-acute and rehabilitation patients in a skilled nursing setting
  • Document patient progress, outcomes, and care plans accurately and timely
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active, unrestricted California Occupational Therapist license (OR an active out-of-state license, if California license is in process)
  • Prior SNF or post-acute experience preferred
  • Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills
  • Ability to step into a fast-paced, high-need environment
