Pressure Washing Technician

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking to hire a Pressure Washer Technician. A Pressure Washer Technician is responsible for cleaning and maintaining venues using high-pressure washing equipment. This role involves removing dirt, mold, mildew, grease, stains, and other contaminants from surfaces while ensuring safe and efficient operation of pressure washing tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate pressure washing equipment to clean buildings, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, fences, roofs, and other surfaces.
  • Assess surfaces and determine appropriate cleaning methods and detergents.
  • Prepare work areas and protect landscaping, vehicles, and property from potential damage.
  • Mix and apply cleaning solutions according to manufacturer recommendations and safety guidelines.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on pressure washing equipment.
  • Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding services, schedules, and results.
  • Load, unload, and transport equipment and supplies to job sites.
  • Complete job reports and maintain accurate service records.
  • Ensure work is completed efficiently and to company quality standards.
