ROLE SUMMARY

Serves as both a hands-on practitioner and subject matter expert for BGCA’s Total Rewards programs, partnering with the Senior Total Rewards Leader to administer and enhance compensation and benefit programs. This role is responsible for executing key compensation activities, ensuring benefits are administered in accordance with plan documents and compliance requirements, and providing expert guidance to improve program effectiveness, employee experience, and cost efficiency. Collaborates with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver accurate, employee-centered programs while supporting continuous improvement, system optimization, and high-quality service delivery.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex benefit, compensation, and leave-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. 
  • Ensure benefit plans are administered in accordance with plan documents, regulatory requirements, and internal policies; identify risks and recommend solutions that enhance programs, improve the employee experience, or reduce costs. 
  • Administer compensation-related activities, including job pricing, market benchmarking, salary survey participation, title consistency review, and pay analysis. 
  • Support and execute annual and cyclical compensation processes, including merit planning, market analysis, JCCMP activities, incentive administration, and other compensation projects. 
  • Conduct analysis of compensation programs, market data, and benefit expenditures; identify trends, develop insights, and support data-informed recommendations. 
  • Support employee education and communications related to Total Rewards programs, helping employees understand available offerings and compensation decisions. 
  • Assit with the administration of open enrollment activities, including planning, coordination, employee communications, issue resolution, and post-enrollment quality review. 
  • Support implementation, testing, and optimization of UKG Ready benefits and compensation modules, ensuring system functionality, data accuracy, and effective user experience. 
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure alignment across processes, systems, and service delivery. 
  • Produce, validate, and analyze Total Rewards data, reports, audits, and required filings with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Maintain, document, and improve standard operating procedures, workflows, and quality control practices to support consistent execution and compliance. 
  • Review and quality check work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across Total Rewards activities. 
  • Model BGCA’s values of integrity, excellence, and inclusion in all interactions and decisions.

  • Benefit plans are administered accurately and in accordance with plan documents, compliance requirements, and internal policies. 
  • Compensation activities, including job pricing, salary surveys, title alignment, merit processes, and other cyclical projects, are executed accurately, consistently, and on schedule. 
  • Open enrollment and ongoing benefits administration are delivered efficiently, with strong employee support, accurate processing, and effective issue resolution. 
  • Analysis of compensation programs, market data, and benefit expenditures produces clear insights and actionable recommendations. 
  • UKG Ready benefits and compensation modules are tested thoroughly and implemented with a high degree of accuracy and functionality. 
  • Reports, audits, and filings are complete, accurate, and delivered within established deadlines. 
  • Work products consistently demonstrate strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and effective quality control.
