Job Title: Field & Maintenance Crew
Entity: Twin Creeks Sports Complex
Reports to: General Manager
Pay Rate: $19.50
Location: Twin Creeks Sports Complex
Anticipated Start Date: February 2026
Availability: Part Time
Overview:
As a member of the Field & Maintenance Crew, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations and upkeep of the complex at Twin Creeks.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain facility assets, including buildings and equipment.
-Inspect all structures and surfaces for player and fan safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance.
- Assisting with field setup, trash removal and various tasks essential to the operation of the complex.
-Helping to maintain all aspects of the facility's infrastructure, including artificial turf fields.
-Helping spot and report maintenance issues around the complex - from HVAC, plumbing, electrical, irrigating, turf, landscaping and paved surfaces.
-Supporting other departments, including operations, food & beverage, and retail, when needed.
-Absorb training and demonstrate the initiative, desire, and drive to help uphold the values established by the Twin Creeks Sports Complex name and brand.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to have reliable transportation to be at work as early as 6am & stay as late as 12am.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Must be able to follow instructions given by any full-time staff member.
- Valid driver's license.
Qualifications:
-High School diploma/GED.
-Prior work experience or an interest in a career in Facilities or Grounds Maintenance.
-An outgoing, friendly personality and excellent communication skills.
-Strong initiative and high-energy.
-Strong detail-orientation.
-Ability to problem-solve.
-Good time-management skills.
-Ability to workdays, nights, and weekends. Work Schedule will vary; weekends will be required based on business needs.
