Invoice Data Entry Clerk Job Overview

This position plays a vital role in supporting the Shipping and Logistics team by processing invoices, maintaining shipping documentation, and performing administrative tasks to ensure daily operations run efficiently. Job Responsibilities of Invoice Data Entry Clerks
  • Process, route, and manage invoices for sales orders.
  • Prepare and process shipping and logistics documentation.
  • Transport shipping documents between the warehouse and office.
  • Assist with freight bill processing and direct billing activities.
  • Support damage claim processing by addressing issues and concerns.
  • Generate and apply shipping labels to ensure accurate product delivery.
  • Assist the Sales team with order printing, order processing, and inventory control.
