About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Azure Full Stack .NET Developer to drive the design, development, deployment, and support of cloud-native applications within Microsoft Azure. This role requires a strong technical leader who can take ownership of software development initiatives, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and deliver secure, scalable, and resilient solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Azure technologies, modern application development practices, and agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications, APIs, and web solutions hosted in Microsoft Azure.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions, user stories, and development tasks.
  • Develop, test, troubleshoot, and support cloud-based applications and platform services.
  • Build and maintain scalable, high-performance, and secure software solutions using modern development frameworks and best practices.
  • Participate in Azure application deployments, configuration management, testing, and release activities.
  • Optimize application performance, reliability, and availability through monitoring, diagnostics, and tuning.
  • Implement security best practices, identify vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
  • Design and support disaster recovery, business continuity, and application resiliency strategies.
  • Contribute to CI/CD automation and DevOps processes for streamlined software delivery.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture artifacts, and operational procedures.
  • Foster knowledge sharing, mentorship, and collaboration across engineering teams.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Lead .NET Developer or Senior Full Stack Developer building and deploying applications in Microsoft Azure.
  • Proven expertise in developing APIs, web applications, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Strong full-stack development experience with modern front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services, including:
    • Azure App Services
    • Azure API Management
    • Azure Key Vault
    • Azure Monitor
    • Azure Application Insights
    • Azure SQL Database
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • C#
    • ASP.NET / .NET Framework / .NET Core
