  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and related automation frameworks
  • Design and implement consistent, repeatable, and automated infrastructure deployments
  • Drive architecture and technical design decisions for infrastructure platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technology strategy
  • Lead disaster recovery planning, testing, resiliency validation, and continuous improvement efforts across critical infrastructure services
  • Serve as a technical leader during major incidents, problem management activities, and root cause analysis efforts
  • Partner with security, application, and business teams to deliver resilient infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements
  • Build and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and other scripting technologies to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability
  • Design and support Azure networking, identity, security, and hybrid cloud integrations
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance reliability, sustainability, performance, and operational maturity
  • Mentor engineers and analysts through technical coaching, design reviews, knowledge sharing, and hands-on collaboration
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures
  • Communicate infrastructure strategy, technical risks, project status, and recommendations to both technical teams and organizational leadership
  • Participate in on-call rotations and support critical after-hours incidents when necessary

Qualifications
Essential
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 7+ years of infrastructure engineering experience supporting enterprise technology environments
  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure environments
  • Strong experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and infrastructure automation practices
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to engineers, business stakeholders, and leadership teams
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor peers and drive a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing

Preferred
  • Experience with platform engineering and cloud operating model design
  • Experience with Azure landing zone design and governance frameworks
  • Experience with monitoring, observability, and operational analytics platforms
