Responsibilities

  • Support the evaluation and underwriting of aviation risks across areas such asaircraftoperators, airports, manufacturers, and airlines.

  • Review underwriting submissions, exposure information,losshistory, and other relevant data to support riskselection, pricing, and coverage decisions.

  • Partner with experienced underwriters, claims professionals, attorneys, and risk specialists to develop tailored insurance solutions.

  • Build relationships with brokers and clients while supporting new business and renewal opportunities.

  • Monitor industry trends and emerging aviation risks to support informed underwriting decisions.

  • Develop technical knowledge of aviation insurance while building analytical, decision-making, and relationship-management skills.

Minimum Qualifications

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master'sdegree to be received no later than June 2027(unofficial transcriptrequiredupon application).

Program Requirements

  • Available to start the Program on July 26, 2027.

  • Analystpositions are in-person opportunities, requiringemployeesto work in the office at least four days per week.

Core Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.

  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred majors include Risk Management & Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Aviation Management, ora related field.

  • Demonstrated interest in aviation, commercial insurance, or risk management.

  • Interest in evaluating complex risks.
