Job Description

Your Impact:

  • Deliver Field-Based Care: Conduct comprehensive primary care visits and physical exams in the comfort of a patient's home.

Job Requirements

What You Bring:

  • Advanced Degree: Master's Degree (NP) with a preferred focus on Adult, Geriatric, and/or Family.
  • WV Credentials: Active, unencumbered NP license and Board Certification (ANCC or AANP).
  • Reliable Mobility: Valid driver's license and vehicle for local field-based travel.
