An established law firm is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Associate Attorney to join its legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and client communication skills, with an interest in handling a diverse range of legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw.

  • Draft and review motions, pleadings, contracts, discovery, briefs, and correspondence.

  • Assist with depositions, hearings, negotiations, and trial preparation.

  • Manage case files and maintain accurate legal documentation.

  • Communicate with clients and explain legal options clearly and professionally.
