Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Temporary-to-Hire (Initial 90-Day Contract)
About the Opportunity
A leading immigration services firm, is seeking 2-3 Entry-Level Immigration Caseworkers/Paralegals to join their Pittsburgh team. These positions will begin as a 90-day temporary assignment with the potential for extension or permanent hire based on business needs and performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in gaining legal, administrative, or immigration experience in a professional services environment.
Work Arrangement
  • Hybrid schedule based in Pittsburgh, PA
  • During the first month of training, candidates should be available to work 3-4 days per week in the office
  • Following training, the schedule will generally transition to 2 days per week in the office
  • Candidates must be local to the Pittsburgh area and able to commute to the office as required
Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparation and organization of immigration case documentation
  • Maintain case files and track deadlines
  • Communicate with clients regarding required information and documentation
  • Review applications and supporting materials for completeness and accuracy
  • Perform data entry, document management, and administrative support tasks
  • Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and internal teams to support case processing
  • Manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment while ensuring attention to detail
Qualifications
