Job description

1. Prepares correspondence, reports and other materials.  
2. Screens phone calls; receives and directs visitors; receives, sorts and delivers mail; receives and responds to student requests. 
3. Maintains files, records, logs and reports. 
4. Performs various scheduling activities for supervisors and staff; schedules, coordinates and proctors student evaluations and tests as needed. 
5. Maintains and orders supplies. 
6. Computes and processes payroll for assigned faculty and staff; handles the receipt of disbursement of cash during registration and for petty cash purposes as necessary. 
7. Prepares bulk mailings and participates in clerical activities for various college events. 
8. Assists with training temporary or part-time employees and may assign their work. 
9.Performs other related duties as required or assigned. 
DUTIES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON THE TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT.
