These roles can range from a few days to several months and are commonly used to cover employee absences, seasonal workloads, or special projects. Temporary assignments offer flexibility for both employers and workers and can sometimes lead to permanent positions. They are found in a variety of industries, including administration, healthcare, manufacturing, and more.
