Position Description: ?? NOW HIRING – SUPPORT DESK ATTENDANTS ??
?? Full-Time | Long-Term Temporary Assignment | 24/7 Operation
We are currently hiring dependable and professional Support Desk Attendants for a temporary camp operation. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are customer-service oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
This operation runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so applicants must be available for varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
? Job Duties Include:
• Answering and responding to service calls from camp occupants
• Dispatching contractors for maintenance issues such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
• Delivering fresh linens, towels, and supplies to camp rooms
• Assisting with bed linen changes when needed
• Maintaining communication logs and service records
• Providing professional customer service at all times
? Requirements:
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Reliable, alert, and able to stay attentive during the entire shift
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Must be able to work independently
• Valid Driver’s License or Government-Issued ID required
• Must pass a background check
• Must be able to pass random drug testing if requested
?? Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, dispatching, camp operations, or administrative support is helpful but not required.
?? Important Employment Information:
This is a long-term temporary assignment that could last several months; however, because it is tied to a government contract, the project may end or be canceled at any time. Employment is at-will.
