Bilingual Legal Assistant (English/Spanish)


Duration: 3-4 Month Temporary Assignment


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Legal Assistant to support attorneys and ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, has strong organizational skills, and is passionate about providing excellent client service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, review, organize, and maintain evidence and legal documents for case preparation and attorney review
  • Draft, proofread, and prepare legal correspondence and documents, including pleadings, contracts, and reports
  • Conduct legal and regulatory research to support case files and attorney needs
  • Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, and vendors to coordinate meetings, interviews, and depositions
  • Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with client billing, including preparing invoices and resolving billing inquiries with attorneys
  • Manage attorney calendars, schedule appointments, and assist with administrative support tasks
  • Provide general office and case management support as needed


Qualifications & Skills

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Legal Assistant experience is required
