Temporary Assembly Technician – Orlando, FL (32809)
$18-$20/hr | Full-Time | 3-Month Assignment | Early September – End of November

Looking for a hands-on role with consistent hours and a supportive team? We have a great opportunity for you.  Play a key role in a large-scale customer project assembling over 8,000 actuator and ball valve kits. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with your hands, we'd love to hear from you!

Requirements:
  • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive hand-assembly work and using small manual and electric hand tools.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus, but not required—paid training is provided. Must pass a background check.
Job Duties:
  • Assemble actuator and ball valve kits by disassembling, installing, and reassembling components.
  • Use manual and electric hand tools to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Keep your workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure project deadlines are met.
Schedule:
  • Monday - Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday, 8:00am-12:00pm
Pay: 
  • $18 - $20 per hour
